We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jirehthelabel@outlook.com.

Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing, but may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
